Excellent, friendly service at Mayall's in Conwy. As non guitar playing parents we knew nothing about the guitars. We were given advice and guidance by the lovely gentleman in store and decided on our purchase. We also found that we could pay via Klarna which was great for us. We went home and made the purchase very easily online. A few days later the guitar was hand delivered by Jack. What more could you want from a local business. Very happy with the purchase and our son loves his guitar. Thank you very much.
