Came in to the most miserable and unpleasant older gentleman with glasses, so unwelcoming and looked and me and my partner like “what you doing in my shop?” And when asking for the most basic of materials he had no idea what we were on about and he works in a music shop…

Excellent shop with a great range of guitars. Top service from knowledgeable and friendly staff. What is really nice is how approachable Jack and the staff are. If that can get what you want they will. Had my guitar serviced, it sounds and plays so well now, superb!
